I'm happy Jungkook is finally showing his affection towards Jimin after rejecting him so much. I have a theory how that changed (lol you don't have to read it it's probably wrong) I think his affection towards Jimin (when he openly showed him affection ) started during Wings era when Jimin was starving himself. I think he realised how precious Jimin was and how much he cared for him. And wanted to show him that so he wouldn't feel like he wasn't good enough.. idk lol feel free to leave your theories

I think he’s always cared for Jimin, there are so many clips from 2013 of Jimin and Jungkook being with each other. He joined bangtan when he was 15 and had to adjust to having a doting older brother who was always there and I think it was a bit overwhelming for him, over the years jungkook has come into his own and isn’t as shy anymore, and I think that’s why it’s easier to express his love for Jimin now. Jimin sort of started drawing back around run era, and I feel like he wasn’t as full on with his affections because he didn’t want to be too overbearing. Once Jimin took a step back I think it made jungkook realize that he was going to lose that. And now here we are lol.
