Pues al ser mirrored tienes q bailar como si fueras un espejo al vídeo. Si el brazo que mueve es, por ejemplo, el q da a tu izquierda cuando ves el vídeo, mueves tu brazo izquierdo y así con todo.

Mirrored es la forma correcta de aprenderlo, solo sigue el baile como si te estuvieras mirando en un espejo, es decir si ella levanta su derecha tu tambien
