Many people misunderstood him being 'savage' and 'straightforward' person. But that's his own way to show his affection to his members. If you see, he's the most sweetest person who cheers for Treasure, make them laugh, the person who can lean on and the Jihoonie who loves and Treasure tuemes. I hope we consider him as a leader too, not just 'second leader' As Hyunsuk say, "there's ranking in this world but not on my members. Must appreciate and protect our 12 gems no rankings, no one will left behind. 12 or none!

what I really like about Jihoon's form of leadership is that he doesn't always baby his members. He will do anything to make sure his members succeed even if it means he has to be a little straightforward and strict about it. Although he is very kind and sweet, he can be very intimidating, and that's okay because it helps the team become stronger.

I think members rely on Jihoon a lot. Especially the youngest ones. Thanks to his cheerful personality, members never feel awkward on the shows. He can make others smile and easily breaks the ice. That’s the quality of the true leader.

To be honest, the way I noticed Jihoon was bc of his looks BUT watching TMap, I love his personallity. He has a very strong yet kind presonallity that I can't help fall in love with him. Even, rewatching Treasure Box, you can see that he's always been leader material. Jihoon can be anything (clown master, sassy, sarcastic, joker) but he's 1/2 leader material. I stan him so much!! and I hope more people get to see the real Jihoonie

you know people thinks he is tough, savage and haters call him bully now. But Jihoon is a soft baby who happened to be in such a young age took the role of being a leader and needs to take care of his members where mostly are minors. Sometimes I feel like he's trying to hold back his self being a baby because there is his members relying to him. He shows his sweetness in his own way, look how he hugs, pats, and cheers for his member, and we doesn't know what he truly feels during those moments.

Jihoon is an ENTJ that's why some people find him intimidating and commonly misunderstood his actions. He's hardworking - that I am sure because ENTJs are systematic, task-driven, and are obsessed with accomplishments (making things work). He may also appear cold but he definitely loves them. His personality type is more on giving you a direct to the point comment on everything (which makes an ENTJ a commander). To be honest, he's perfect for promoting treasure. The reason why YG sends him to variety shows, MC in Inki, etc. I can't imagine treasure without a leader like him. I mean, he's one of those keeping the group in balance. 🤍

I totally agree! He may even pass as an admin of their weverse, vlive and other SNS. Very active to promote treasure.

i remembered on one of their live promotion, he keeps calling jaehyuk and asking the same question until the camera focus on jaehyuk.. the members find it funny/weird but i find it very thoughtful because jaehyuk is sitting on the farthest end/corner and can sometimes not be filmed.. so he purposely did that..

Some people may think hyunsuk is the only leader but there's also jihoon. Like hyunsuk said, they balance each other. Jihoon maybe a bit savage and a tease to the members but that's how he show his affection to other. Maybe bcoz why other people don't know he's a leader bcoz he's always first in teasing other members and always see as a troublemaker (maybe sometimes hehe) but behind camera he really cares for the members and he's always lead them properly. But what's important is that teume recognize and appreciate all jihoon's efforts and we love him for that.

i think he is the one not mention in his greetings that he is also a leader i want him to be confident in that part he is also a leader of treasure..

He can be chaotic and savage usually but he can also be seen absolutely adoring his little brothers as well. He knows when to be strict because the members don't fear Hyunsuk at all and sometimes don't listen to him to tease him (even when they should). That's when Jihoon steps in to shut them up and make them serious. Other times, he's the leader of the crackhead J-line (Jihoon, Jaehyuk, Junkyu, Jeongwoo) lol

As I was getting into Treasure I thought Hyunsuk was the leader and Jihoon was like a asst. leader kind of thing, at least that’s what it seemed like in interviews. Now Jihoon is my bias and I hope that as they continue to grow they are presented more as equal leaders! :)

Jihoon is the leader too ... Please appreciate him. He isn't the second leader, He's THE leader alongside Hyunsuk. There's no first or second. Jihoon maybe savage and teasing type but he deep down cares so much for his leader and is the quite strict type. He's so amazing and loves all his members. I wish he starts introducing himself as the leader, I was so sad when he didn't do it at Pops in seoul :( He's truly the best leader we could ever ask for. He and Hyunsuk are my biases.

I feel like Jihoon and hyunsuk bothe have their respective roles as leaders. Like for example I feel like during recordings or music composition hyunsuk tends to lead. During promotion's or schedules Jihoon tends to lead. They both have strengths and weakness that they make up for. That's why they're the best leaders.

but what good about Ji is sometimes during fansign he tells when he is sad or he is tired. In his frequent twitter updates, he tells about his day, he mostly update us just by saying "hows your day teumes?" Thank you for making this video coz it really makes me upset when someone calls Jihoon 2nd leader when we could actually just call him LEADER without label.Yge didn't introduce them as 1st and 2nd leader but the LEADERS of TREASURE. There's an explanation in behind the two leaders, hyunsuk is meant to be the leader of the treasure 7 but then ha soon bin left yg and Everything mess up, Jihoon is supposedly to debut in another group which he will the leader , there's before rumoured aboutmagmun ( I think to recreate to bg which was to debut before). That's the reason why sometimes they forgot that jihoon is also a leader

Another thing is that it's very unlikely for a group to have two leaders. And another thing jus like black pink they don't have a leader but each in everyone has its position and responsibilities maybe treasure both of them has its own specific responsibilities and obligation like for example if they're in a show hyunsuk is responsible for introducing and everything will jihoon is responsible for keeping their group like that

I was shocked to know many people misunderstand him as a savage and direct person... I mean, he is savage yes, but in a good way yk. And being direct and straightforward doesn't mean a person is rude or not good, being direct is always the best sometimes. Only then you can voice out your opinions without losing confidence. watched this after a year of being uploaded. Felt the same when they were just starting and if we are to notice, he actually is one of the popular members among the int'l fans I guess? Aside from being talented, he is also a crackhead. lol. love his personality.

I don't get it why many people said that he's underappreciated or something like that? who said that? I never witnessed any teume said that he's the 2nd leader or he's not a leader. Even if you witnessed someone said that, I'm sure they're a baby teume or just a casual listener. I don't like it when people said that certain member is underrated, like no one is underrated. Instead of saying certain member underrated, we can just spread many good things from the member. We can appreciate him without saying that he's underrated. We already faced high competition in ygtb era, we don't need that among the fandom when we finally have Treasure OT12.

I think it was after their live performance in that radio show, maybe Jeongwoo felt that he messed up or he was lacking during their performance. If you would watch their performance, you would notice Jeongwoo's facial expressions there. I hope I've answered it correct 😅

The reason why Yoshi was crying because they were actually got a chance to talk with their families after the fansigning event as a surprise gift from the management and staffs.
