Is there anything special you should do pre foot change as you come out the jibe toeside to help give you board stability while you swap? Any tips?

Ian, I'd say to angle the foil upwards slightly pre foot change. That gives the foil a direction to fly while keeping it stable and also allows you to set the mast higher so you have enough clearance with the additional pressure caused after the change.
