Cheras Flats Steamed Fish Head has been in business for over 30 years. Its famous for its steamed Bighead Carp. The fish is very fresh, complimented by fragrant chinese wine and ginger, it's just perfect!

松魚、鯇魚、丁加蘭、藍邦、蘇丹魚等鯉科魚可用筷子或叉匙將Y字細骨挑出後才吃

@@Nick_catman 比起筷子，叉子湯匙則容易多了，只需用湯匙壓扁魚肉後用叉子把Y骨挑出來 由於我吃得慢，所以去腥不足的魚此時就會暴露其腥味

Aloha ! You ate the steamed white eye of the fish and claimed it to be delicious. It just freaked me out to seen that. I can never eat that unfortunately. I am sure it was good nonetheless. Thank you for sharing the video.

那鱼头看着真好吃$33不貴，吉隆坡的食品都是价钱会比较高。古来就会比较便宜！☺️
