1 tbsp Sugar 白糖
¼ tsp Salt 盐
60g Thick Coconut Milk 浓椰奶
1 tbsp Pandan Juice 班兰汁
2 Eggs 新鲜鸡蛋
2 tbsp Condensed Milk 炼乳
1 tsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
150g Plain Flour 中筋面粉
1 tbsp Veg Oil 植物油
±6 Bananas 香蕉
★ Icing Sugar /Honey For Garnish 适量糖霜/ 蜜糖点缀

160g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
85g Rice Flour 粘米粉
1 tbsp Custard Powder 蛋黄粉
2 tsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
¼ tsp Salt 盐
40g Butter 牛油
300ml Water 清水
★ Dipping Sauce Recipe 蘸酱食谱 ★
1 tbsp Cooking Oil 食油
1 Red Chili 红辣椒
1 Green Chili 青辣椒
5 Pips Garlic 蒜瓣
2 Limes 酸柑
2 tbsp Sugar 白糖
4 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce 甜酱油
★ 2 Bunch Of Bananas 两梳香蕉
★ Cooking Oil For Deep-fry

今天舅舅和可爱小嘟嘟的香蕉煎饼太有創意了。。。我超喜欢，一点也不难做，明天马上就要耒做，作为早餐😋😋😋😍😘 边看舅舅炸香蕉🍌就边咽口水，尤其这醬料是我好多好多年以前在柔佛州马来档口買过来吃！过后也沒机会再吃过，今天果然大开眼界!原来一点也不难准备，太好了！感恩也感謝舅舅和小嘟嘟😍😘😋😋👍🙏🌹🌹🌹

Both recipes are great, is there any other type of banana to replace if I can't get the type you are using? I have not seen Singaporean malay eating banana fritters with the dipping sauce before, quite a unique recipe, somehow or rather must try it out and see what does it taste, thank you Mr Peter. 😋

请问不要用泡打粉可以吗?有其它的材料代替泡打粉吗?
炸香蕉的粉浆有放牛油，可否炸出来的成品会更香？蘸酱呢，还是第一次知道是这样做吃的。粉浆还可以拿来炸番薯， 沾这酱适合吗？香蕉松饼应该不难做。要试试了！👍👍😋😋 小嘟嘟很有口福喲！！

老师，我们这里这种香蕉很少见，通常有的话，都会被炸香蕉的小贩们订購了，我可以用别种类的香蕉吗？那应该用那种较好呢？ 那炸香蕉的酱料，有见过马来鄰居 他们吃过，不过我觉得还是原味的较好。 感谢🙏老师和舅妈的示范👍
