This was one of the cooler setups for me personally since they're recording and making videos. Become a member if you want to see more behind the scenes content from this series.

@9:52 You might blur the keyboard when he types the password. The hand position and order or fingers can narrow it down enough for someone advanced enough to discover it. Who knows what important stuff that password could be re-used on, or perhaps reveal a password pattern that could decrease the security of other JHS stuff. (Great video BTW I've always been curious of their studio setup)
You can see one of our pedals, The Crook, on the desk at 7:15
My favorite thing about your studio tours is how you're really just hanging out, and you happen to have a camera. Everyone is so comfortable around you. You do a great job with these, thanks for being rad!

Its good that yo avoided ever holding the camera still for even 1 second #proyoutuber
Addison seems like one of the nicest people you’d want to meet
This was a treat. :) Now all we need for you to do is to go to England and do the Epic studio tour of That Pedal Show. That would be downright awesome.
Addison is such a pleasant guy
It's interesting to think at one time all shows were created and controlled by major networks. Not only that, but to even film and edit in the way we can now back in the day was extremely expensive. Now the tables have turned and you can create a show with something as simple as a smart phone and you are gong to reach the entire world, not just a city or town like a local network did. Food for thought.

Insightful words, Mr. Doughnut Spaghetti. 😂😂 great name 👍🏻
I love JHS pedals. I have two of their Little Black Buffers on my bass rig. I became a fan after watching Josh's show and realizing he was perfectly happy to show off ANY pedal, not just his own.
The combined knowledge and enthusiasm in that room is absolutely insane

Stuff that inspires me… I want so many JHS pedals.
At first i thought you were zooming in the guitar pedals but you were zooming in the mics. Then i realized this is not a guitar channel 😀 Still, it gave me better look at Josh's crazy pedal collection. It is even wilder than i thought, when they do an episode they usually shot from the same angles and we don't see the full dept of their studio. Thanks a lot for giving a tour of JHS studios and a sort of deeper look at Josh's pedal collection. Also, Nick's drums really sound great.
Thanks for making those, saved for a calm moment later today :) Keep up the nice work and a great week to everyone!
Great video, really nice to see behind the scenes at JHS, the pedal room is much bigger than you think when watching the JHS show, Josh’s pedal collection is insane! I knew it was big but it’s actually huge, guitar pedal heaven.
Man, I love your content. Once I am able to acquire a membership, I certainly will be! And oh my goodness, it is so nice to see another rarity of a dude named Addison - it is my first name, too! Keep on rockin, my friend. 😎
This is every guitar nerd's wet dream! Thanks for giving us the behind the scenes at jhs. ABSOLUTELY EPIC!
Thank you for doing this! Like everyone else, I eagerly await the new JHS videos every week, and I love pedals waaaay too much, BUT the thing that they probably wouldn't cover in their videos is the recording setup for the jams. I have become a broken record about my love for Nick's drums sounds and I'm so psyched to see this setup. Awesome!!!
wow I really like this kind of set up!
You are always so comfortable with your clients.
Addison reminds me of the happiest of new puppies
Cool studio, even cooler group of people!
its awesome to see that you found the drum sound to be as pleasing in person as it is on their videos. I'm mesmerized by the snare sound every time they do a jam
That made my day! Time to hit that subscribe button. Thanks
Man, those color boxes sounded …. 👀 🔥 🔥 🔥
Oh hell yeah!!!!
this is sick!!!!!
great vid but camera work was making me dizzy. had to stop.
Jesus, lay off the coffee, you're making us seasick
Suspended over heads is brilliant.
First time I've seen one of your videos @Andrew. I'm a regular watcher of JHS. Over the last year their production quality for live guitar content is off the chart. All three of the on-camera personalities are witty, funny, and talented. And Josh, well, he just sucks! Watchers will understand this is a compliment! I've recently begun exploring the JHS white pedal line. It is great stuff at fair prices. I liked this video a lot and will check out some other vids. I'm not a studio geek but I'm not not a studio geek either.
Wow... that kit sounds incredible! The snare sounds like it's compressed to hell!! OAFT!

great vid. every guitar nerd screaming at the screen that you first focused on the drums. :-).
awesome!!!
He's such an incredibly nice guy
I feel like this video also really shows why they’re KZread content is so great. They’re such a good hang. Everyone has a smile on their face and enjoys being there. You know, we obsess about the best gear, being perfect at our craft, finding the best players, etc etc but so much about making music and creative content is in the hang. You’re going to make better music and content when you’re having a good time doing so! Give me a good musician who is a great hang over a better musician that isn’t fun to be around any day of the week
Would love to see a slow pan of the shelves with all the pedals! Lol
Hey man check out triad orbit for the ceiling mounted mic and light set ups. Top quality and super flexible and modular
I haven't watched this video yet.. But Ive been wanting to see the behind the camera at the JHS setup for a while.. So this is ether going to be awesome or really a let down.. haha..
That drum kit sounds insane! Wow! What are the specs on that? Drum sizes, heads, shell wood?
And your phone was never seen again. 🤘🏼
What is the crash ride cymbal that was on the right? It always sounds so heavenly. I looked up jhs drum set, found this video. I see the hinhts where A zildjians, but I gotta know what that crash ride is cuz recorded,it sounds amazing
Hold up are we going to ignore the fact that all those shelves of pedals might be the most complicated and effective sound diffusing technique ever?
"yea yea" "Yea yea yea" Yea yea yea ok, yea yea yea
Great vid. ThAt hat - is that a Stetson open road?
This is fantastic! Love these guys. And I’ve wanted to see a tour of their space for a while now. Love it!
This looks more like a candy store 😂
que genios saludos desde tijuana
Where do I get that red plaid jacket?
Nice behind the scenes look . Ps .... when did you remember your phone you took out of your pocket and put on the shelf to drum ? Lol
Great content, but this cameraman urgently needs a camera stabilizer.

What's the name of the 500 colour series mic pre ?
Would love to know what the hardware was they were using to hang those lights from the ceiling (at 10:44). I'm building a backyard studio, and those may come in handy.

cool that addison did the tour--always wonder why he doesn't appear in the pedal-jam videos-we hear him but we don't see him playing bass. what's up wit dat? anyhow, very cool--thanks for sharing this! what a cool lair.
Kitty!
I can't believe the pedals. There's more here than at five Guitar Centers! Stockrooms included!

One of the reasons the JHS channel has become on of my favorites. Josh loved history and story telling with these pedals and it shows. When he says something about a pedal he’s got the receipts to prove it haha
@MisterRorschach90

Yeah it’s my dream. Not only do I want every pedal ever made just to have for collection and use, I want them so I can take them apart and find out how all of them tick, and what companies did right and what they did wrong. The moment I saw their studio long ago I was set on having one like it.

Josh... he has a problem.
Rumor has it he is still looking for his phone.
Josh Scott has basically accidentally become the next Michael klonoski or the Alexander dumble of pedals. Not only does he have crazy low volume pedals that people pay thousands of dollars on the used market for, he also has cheap pedals that are just as good. So basically he’s Michael klonoski with a better knack for business.
my vertigo took over - but enjoy your studio series anyways
Here is an equipment to check out GIMBALS, good lord, I need dramamine.

Yup. I use a Sony NX30 for this type of stuff.. great built in stabiliser, no seasickies.
Oh shit.
Nice to get a glimpse behind the scenes, but please, for the sake of your viewers get a gimbal.
BIGGEST “PEDAL BOARD” EVER!!!! 😜 (I how much NOISE ya ‘spose’ is happening??)
I'm wondering what cable is the most famous or used in studios and home DAW setup for mic and speaker in U.S. ? Does nobody care about that?

Hey bud thanks for the video. I was really curious to see the JHS studio, unfortunately after five minutes I was too dizzy from the camera work and couldn’t watch anymore. No offense meant, just being honest I couldn’t watch the video✨🙏🏻
Don't forget your phone
Addison should change his password. The internet knows it now...

I’m pretty sure Josh from JHS just created JHS because he wanted to collect all those pedals…

Your video guy *really* needs to slow down with the vertigo-inducing pans & zooms! Hold a shot long enough for people to see what you're looking at. Seeing it in person is a different experience than watching a video.
