Just imagine a world where every person (from any background) was such a descent person and had a conscience like he has (and you and I have)! There are lots of these kind of people all around us but many are afraid to talk. We need to rid ourselves of this fear and need to take a stand and share our true feelings! I had two Jewish girlfriends during my time in Israel. Both admitted they could never take me to their parents because I wasnt Jewish. On another occasion in Thailand I met two Jewish girls. It was a Friday evening and they were both anxious as it was Shabbat and they had nowhere to stay. I stayed with them and helped them and we found a Jewish hostel ( on Samui island ) . It was late evening and they were given rooms....I was refused because I wasnt Jewish ! Can you imagine if that had happened the other way around ?

Like I say...if I publicly ssud I did not want my daughter to marry a Jew I would be labelled anti semetic. ( I would not say such a thing by the way ) . You know as well as I do ( unless you have not been there ) that new settlements are off limits to Arabs. You know I came to Israel in the late 80's as a volunteer because I had always been interested in the Holocaust. I wanted to help out. Then I did a course on the Jewish diaspora at the Hebrew Uni in Jerusalem . We were told Judea and Samaria was Jewish land and when we questioned it were fed basically racist stuff about Arabs. Many of us walked out. It was then that I realised there was another side to Israel. Ive been back several times since and many of those people I met ( settlers ) could not be more different to the holocaust survivors that I served eggs to every morning. Israel has become very right wing and had lost its morals. The world has finally woken up to what has been going on for decades. Israel cannot continue ' getting away with it '.
