Got my clay and made many moulds!! Whoo hoo!! How long do you leave it to dry? Can I put it in the oven and if so for how long and at what temp?

Yay!! This is brilliant! Leave it overnight to dry or pop them in an oven at 150C / 300F for 10 minutes. They might need a little longer if they’re bigger. Please share your creations when you have finished! I’d love to see! 🙌🙌🙌

for the fellow uninitiated, pickling is a warm acid bath that removes oxidation and residual flux G8xmWXpRPdI in the search bar will show you her excellent pickling short. fun fact, every 10°C increase in temperature doubles the reaction rate. ty freshman chemistry! 😋

You have a good vibe. Subscribing! Also how does one solder that hook thing and what’s a pickle? What’s the hook thing made of? Where do you get it from?

Thank you so much! I’m just putting together a step-by-step for this workshop with videos explaining all of these things - can I let you know when it’s ready? In the meantime if you check out the tools & materials list in the description you can find the jump rings and all the other tools used (including the pickle 🥒)

I’d be waiting for this step-by-step workshop. Pls include sourcing/ creating every little part of the process even if it seems like common sense. For example, soldering might be common sense to an engineer or some electronics person but it would be great if you included that! Love and energies to you and your family💛

You can polish the front by hand or with a polishing motor, just be careful not to polish away the details in your design 💫
