Hello Ma’am, hope you are doing fine! The making charge is applicable at total weight of purchase. Agar aap 40 gms ka necklace lenge to making charge 40 grams par lagega. For example gold rate Rs 5240 and if necklace is of 40 gms then total gold cost will be 40*5240 = 209600, so making charge will be 11.5% of 209600 = Rs 24104

Swati abhi toh aapko 30% discount mil gaya hai par jab kabhi aap use exchange ya phir sale karne jaoge tab malabar aapse ye 30% current value par deduct karke dega kyun unhone aapko 30% discount diamond value par diya hai and ye malabar ka sabse bada loophole hai jo woh customer se chupate hai. Mera yeh personal experience hai. Chahe toh aap malabar se confirm kar lena
