    Sir, Well done! But YEIDA cant handle one simple problem. Problem: if one person buy two residential plots from buulder, there is no option to amalgamate them. And if amalgamation is not possible, at least removal of middle wall between both plots must be permitted. Thanks!

    I have an important points to raise with the CEO. Every state gives preference to their people who belong to their states in the residential scheme, but UP authorities never give this preference to their state's people. You have to raise this concern with the UP government. Secondly, the size of the plot in the residential scheme should be wisely launched. There is no meaning in giving 2000 or 4000 sqm in the residential allotment considering middle-class people. In this a 4000 sqm plot area, 400 families can benefit from a 100 sqm size plot and 800 families with a 50 sqm size. The third point is, please take some additional amount from allottees who are applying for a bigger size plot and make some affordable cancer hospital for the benefit of the state's people.

    Bhs01 flop project hai 2013 me start kiya hai but aajtak suvidhaye nahi hai.. flat ka plaster girne lage hai.. road kinm connectiviy nahi hai.. aur bahut corruption hai.. bina paise diye kaam nahi hota... 11years se development nahi hai..

    CEO ji..Sir logo ko mungeri lal ke sunhere samne dikhao lekin itni lambi lambi bhi mat feko ki hazam bhi na ho... 2009 ke plot apne abhi tk zamin pe nhi diye hai... sectors ki road aj tk nhi bani.. bus vhi 3-4 sec bna kr logo se paisa le rhe ho... ap phle zamin pe kam kro.. apka kam bolega... lekin itni lambi lambi mat feku apko shobha nhi deta....😊😊

    Jewar Airport area is competing with Gurgaon Area of NCR. It has nothing to do with central or Eastern UP. Central UP has Lucknow and Eastern UP has Gorakhpur/Varanasi airport already.. what investment have these airports brought in that area? Jewar or Noida is Important bcoz it is in NCR
