Great video keen to have a go at catching my first Mulloway. With the bait areas are you throwing a cast net there or is the bottom filled with snags?

Thanks great info. I've only ever fished Brissy River a few times using lures but wouldn't mind trying something different. What kind of rig do you use for live baiting, big heavy lead straight down to the bottom? Have you anchored there overnight? Any problem with ships, security or mozzies?

The rig is simple... meter trace using 40lb Fluro, between a 4/0 and 6/0 depending on the size of your bait, live bait (prawn, mullet or herring.), don't cast just straight down and sinker to stop it rising up to far. Fish the live bait about a 1/2 meter off the bottom. Need to stay at least 30 meters from ships and structure and the security should be okay. Yep need Bushmans.
