Big Congrats to Hunter , had his ups and downs in this Championship but his quality shone through in the end. Jett unbelievable , Will this historic undefeated Rookie Season Championship win ever be repeated ? , I doubt it. Like Tomac said 3 weeks ago when interviewed and Unadilla , He said , i know how hard it is to win 1 moto going undefeated now thats impressive !! And anyone saying its not the same because Tomac was out , well Tomac didn't have to race against himself and he has never gone undefeated!! Well done Lawerence boys both very worthy champions

I believe it’s the only undefeated season with a former 450 outdoor champ in the field as well (although Ferrandis had a terrible season for the most part).

Prime Carmichael and Stewart would still gap him. Dude doesn't really have any solid competition.

Not Historic, as was already done by Ricky then James, it puts him up there with the best though, and will be great to see how many more records he can catch and even beat. I'll call it Historic if he can do it again!

Jett has ACHIEVED what NO OTHER MX rider in MX racing history has. He joins no other mortals!!!! He has set a new benchmark in the sport, that no other rider is ever likely to repeat. Not Historic? ...really What Jett has achieved today, he CAN'T do ever again. Another rookie, may have the chance.
