I set up my 1st glider with the flaps down with the stick forward, it was before I knew the convention. But I like it and stick to my way. I fly power too and don't confuse the butterfly with throttle. I set up an electric glider with the P4 acting as both throttle and butterfly - but I used a completely different method. I added a forth flight mode on a two position switch. The butterfly is off when it is in power flight mode. All the other modes have a throttle curve set so there is no output to the ESC. I used your tip for arranging the flight modes, so when power is on, the other modes cannot be switched on. I like to keep the throttle lock function on a locking switch, the same a your SE switch. To me this is a needed safety feature for electric models.

I have just set up my throttle/crow to work exactly following the process described in episode 2. However I would like to mix in a small amount of down elevator when the motor is functional. Advice on the best way to do this would be appreciated.
