Adjusting linkages to avoid elevator + aileron input from capping is often not a good idea, at least not on full flying stabs, which tend to be exposed to quite a bit of force, and needs both extreme precision and low gearing from the servo. In most cases, you need nowhere near full travel on both aileron and elevator at the same time anyway
