A compilation of Jet2 Holidays aircraft landing and departing at East Midlands Airport (EMA/EGNX, Central England) back in May 2013.

Hi guys, it's been a while since I uploaded so apologies. The reason for this is of course schoolwork and revision. So when I did finally get round to editing a video I thought I should at least make it another long one. You seem to like East Midlands Airport videos so I wanted to make one of those. I looked through my list of 'possible uploads' and decided to make this one. Here is a collection of all my Jet2 Holidays clips filmed during my stay there from the 30th May to the 31st May 2013.
This video begins with a shot of the famous factory chimneys north-east of the airport. The first plane to make an appearance is a Boeing 737-300 landing on runway 27. Then we will see it taxying right past us close, before taking off. After that comes the 757-200 arriving in the sunshine. A quick cut fast forwards us to its taxi and departure. Another 757-200 taxies out and departs shortly after, listen to the spool up! The video concludes with a 737-300 dusk arrival.
Jet2.com Limited is a British low-cost airline based at Leeds Bradford Airport, England. It operates services from seven UK bases and 1 Spanish base to 65 destinations. The airline also offers contract charter and air cargo services - hence why you saw it in my Cargo at EMA video! Unlike other low-cost carriers, Jet2 tickets can be booked via travel agents[6] as well as over the internet and by telephone. The airline carried 600,000 passengers in 2003, its first year of operation, and 3.8 million passengers on over 34,000 flights in 2007. The Dart Group also has a division, Jet2holidays.com, offering package holidays which combine hotel accommodation and transfers with Jet2 flights.
Although we are already well in to January, this is my first upload of the New (New, ish) Year! So Happy 2015 all! Your support through 2014 was incredible and humbling. If 2015 is anything like 2014 you guys will make me so happy. Peace:)

Flightsim10HD Thankyou:D Yeah, I didn't remember the spool ups being that good but then when I was editing it I realised!:L The last 757 spool up is one of the best I've heard! Cheers pal. Happy Birthday too;)

I tell you what, isn't this one of the best looking liveries out there? Really suits the 752 and 733! Now onto the filming, 5/5 as always mate ;) The first 752 departing was the one I flew on in the summer so it makes this video even more special! Awesome video, liked! :D

That was awesome! Very well put together, loved that RB211 sound on the last 757, that was probably the best part of the whole video! Would love to spot at EMA if I ever go to the UK, looks like there's some pretty interesting traffic! Liked as usual.

I'm hopefully doing work experience at EMA
brilliant video i flew down to tenerife with jet2 from east midlands a bit of a tight fit on the 737-800 but overall good flight staff at jet2 really nice so we are gonna fly again with them in november . does anybody know if they fly down to the caribean

Mraviationguy no problems my friend to be honest i was impressed with jet2 and the colour and clenlines of the aircraft and the seats been a little wider it would have been identicle to virgin so gonna book with jet2 for this year and next year.
