Had the privilege of flying on these beautiful beasts back in the 90’s.... it wasn’t long before you got off the ground 👍

A soon to be a lost experience as the 757 is being phased out :( For a fan of aviation, there is no finer experience than a a pair of RB211s strapped to the wings of a 757 running full chat as the thrust pushes you into the back of the seat, hurtling down a runway. The 757 was and always will be my favourite airliner. I'll take one of them over the clinical, characterless A320s any day, any time. Thank you for this upload. I enjoyed it with wistful nostalgia.

Yeah it’s such a shame! This was my first time on a 757, wanted to catch it before they all left. Such a smooth comfy flight, much better than anything else I’ve experienced. Thanks for watching!

I was on the 757 to Barcelona a few weeks ago and it’s sad as it is the last time I might ever fly this overpowered rocket love this airplane and will forever be my favourite airplane

Can’t beat this machine, one of the best airplanes in history in my opinion. I’ve flown on both engine types, the Rolls Royce RB211’s always pushed more. 43,700 lbs of thrust…nuff said haha. Awesome video!

The B757-200 is a beast - I flew on a United 757-300 with PW-2000 engines from SFO to Kennedy. That was a real treat. Nice video.

Great video. Have a sub. This takes me back to the nostalgic 90s when we flew Britannia every year on holiday.

Saw three of these 757-200's all next to each other last Tuesday morning 2nd July, when I returned from Rhodes with Jet2, on LS820..... Certainly been going a good few years these Birds of the Sky..👍

This flight was actually the 2nd of July believe it or not haha. Yeah I’m not surprised these have been going strong all this time. Beautiful plane to fly on.
