    First deadlift he let go of the bar before it hit the ground, watch it in slow motion. It's hard to see at normal speed, but according to the rules that's technically a failed lift. selvä kiitos katsotaan jos koen joskus tarpeelliseksi!voitko sen verran sanoa kuitenkin että teitkö itse kun penkkasit esim olkapäitä ollenkaan?vai apuliikkeitä niinkun monet esim yläselälle ja ojentajille?ja eikö 2 kertaa penkkiä viikossa ole ihan ok ja kolme liikaa?

    Tähän on melko mahdoton vastata mitenkään järkevästi olen itse penkannut joskus kahdesti viikossa ja isoimmillaan 6x viikossa ja kaikki toimii. Apuliikkeet riippuvat myös paljon nostajan henk koht tilanteesta. Itse apuliikkeet ovat ylläpidolla.

    I do not understand powerlifting. On what grounds did the judges not give that last deadlift? And in fact why did he get a red light on each of the first two deadlifts? He seemed fully locked out to me, but hey I'm a strongman fan not a power lifting fan.

  • @hashimiyazib

    @hashimiyazib

    Жыл бұрын

    For this event they were judging "best lifter" by percentage of the world record total (in international IPF-approved competition). So if the world record total was 1000 and you totaled 1050, you'd score 105%. Usually in powerlifting it's the total itself that determines victory, but the point of Sheffield was for the best lifters from all weight classes to break world records.
