No you're not ugly. Jessi said she doesn't believe anyone is ugly but someone can be more attractive or less attractive than others (not the exact quote but something along those lines).

i love her personality too. it's so... like alive and normal, she doesn't try to show herself as something else to her fans and in front of the camera. i love that about her :)
