Remember that Faux Propaganda was placed in a position where they settled with Dominion for 3/4 of a billion dollars for defamation. The last token Democrat that Faux Propaganda had, Donna Brazille could not keep up with the sheer volume of lies she was being inundated with. Tarlov went on Real Time and talked rings around Maher. That's an accomplishment. He is very agile and astute, even if very ignorant in his beliefs at times.

I don’t watch Fox News but see clips of Jessica featured in shows I watch. I always wonder how she deals with being the sole voice being ganged up on. Kiddos to her!

I just ran across this scrolling, completely new to me. I have run across great rebuttals of hers on Fox, though, and was blown away. Thanks for such worthwhile content.

On the Katie Britt rebuttal to the SOTU speech, I wondered if whoever coached her had a grudge against Britt or if they were sabotaging the entire Republican Party. It was so over the top and out of touch with reality that it united both people on the left and on the right in finding it absurd and creepy.

When I learned about a thing called the "fundie baby voice," her SOTU rebuttal finally made sense. She was speaking to a very particular group of people and I don't know if it worked for them or not 😂 but apparently that's a very normal way for women to speak in certain fundamentalist spaces

The problem isn't means testing Social Security, which will eventually make it less popular. If you _really_ care about the SSTF and solvency, all you have to do is increase or eliminate the cap on Social Security taxes. When the Greenspan Commission set the new formula, they expected to see 90% of earned income subject to the tax, but given the increase in wealth and income inequality, it is closer to 83% these days.

Adopting right wing characterization, can’t understand how this is done so easily and is quiet pervasive, such as entitlement reform puts democrats on the defensive. I’ve been paying into social security 40 years or so. It goes without saying I’m entitled to my money. This issue seems like a slam dunk but Democrats have no good attack lines when they talk about it as entitlement reform. You’re conceding the point. Entitlement reform should be rich people tax cuts, corporate tax rates, tax dodging rich people who we carry... let’s get this going.

And Corporate Welfare Subsidies. These subsidies should also be removed from Corporate gougers. Subsidies should be reclaimed to gain revenues lost from Corporate tax losses.All loop holes removed and a minimum Corporate tax should be instituted . The ONLY tax break should be for business expansion based on additional plant,equipment and hires.

Jessica does a fantastic job on Fox despite being the only dem on air there 99% of the time. Frankly im surprised they havent tried to replace her with someone with 1/10 the talent. Big fan of your work Jessica.

That is a definite defamation when George kept on insisting that Trump was convicted of rape when it was clear that the judge did not bring down that verdict. Now George is being sued about it. What is worse is that George was accusing Nancy Mace of support of Trump, who George said was convicted of rape, when George was the one who supported Clinton. Clinton was impeached about his sexual assault and yet George still supported him. What a hypocrite. Women like Juanita Broaddrick, Leslie Millwee, Paula Jones, Kathleen Willey, Cristy Zercher, to name a few. What happened to "believe all women"? Or how about, Rachel Maddow who kept on harping on Trump's Russian collusion with out proof. Once the Mueller Report was released, no APOLOGIES and hid under the guise of a pundit and just opining on the events. I can go on like the Biden admin, Jean Pierre, Sec Mayorkas, etc. when they said that the border security officers WHIPPED the illegal immigrants. They have defamed not only them but also their families. They have suspended these officers with out pay. Once it was proven that they were not guilty of the accusations, no apologies. Never hearda bout it ever again. What is worse, was that Mayorkas knew all along that they were not guilty but still proceeded to DEFAME these poor people. I agree with you these people are disgusting.

Consistenly? I'm not a pundit nor a political analyst and I can easily debunk her claims and arguments. Give you an example, the Letitia James case. Jessica has supported DA's argument vs Trump about "defrauding" NY. A simple reasearch will get you the following: This as a fraud case then that's the problem. The documents/loan was made in 2011. Fraud statute of limitation in NY is 6 years. Even if the claims of fraud is valid, it should be moot as the statute of limitation have already lapsed. Engoron was dishonest at best, diabolical at worst with his verdict. If he started with "the loan was consumated and fully paid (with interest)" then all the claims that folow are already moot. You have to ask to what really is the motivation to still pursue this. Lastly, if this is FRAUD, there should be a victim (party that was defrauded). Otherwise, it's just a witch hunt. You can use another crime, like MURDER for analogy. You can only charge somebody with MURDER if there is a dead body (victim). Otherwise it's just accusation. Bottom line this should not have been pursued because: 1. Statute of limitation have lapsed. 2. There are no vicitms, it's a consensual transaction. 3. Loan is fully paid, what was the basis of opening the case? At any rate, a land is for sale in 1071 N Ocean Blvd Palm Beach, FL, is selling for $88.9M with land size of 1.2 Acres, with no improvements and business. Now compare that with Mar-a-Lago 1100 N Ocean Blvd Palm Beach @ 17 Acres (~15X of the empty lot), a 100-year old mansion, a golf club/course. That is easily over $1B. All information are available in the internet. Don't understand why James/Engeron did not do any research. And she consistently run circles? At best, she doesn't know what she's talking about or at worst, she's ignorant.

I am frustrated that in any discussion of social security, no one will mention removing the cap on earnings. You could lower the rate and have it fully funded for the foreseeable future if that was done. Removing the cap should be the first thing done.

“Entitlement” is one of those words that the average American doesn’t understand; the Democrats have to speak more passionately and in a more down to earth way to reach more voters
