To me this was her best Performance for this song. You can tell she was like I'm gonna sing my heart out and I hope y'all like it and then she was like I'm gonna kill it. And she did. Wow. Britney's looks with Mariah's voice as I always say. Wow

@Daxton Knight yeah and Jessica said they wanted her to be like Britney and sing and act like Britney by the time of her second album for irresistible. Tommy mottola who was her boss for Sony. He told her to lose weight and change your music to be like Britney's. Cuz Britney was the it girl at that era. And she was selling records more than xtina and Mandy Moore and Jessica and others. She was the most talked about and well Jessica said in her new book that tommy wanted her to be like Britney. And hence why her music videos got more sexy and she was wearing little clothing and she had choreography. Like her video for irresistible it was a copy of britneys stronger music video. Poor Jessica. She said it was her worst time of her career that era in 2001. She said they change me to someone I didn't want to be cuz I just wanted to be Jessica. Damn. I mean there is only one Britney. And that's britney Spears. To me she's the best one of them all. So for tommy and others at sony to tell Jessica she needed to be someone else. And tell her to lose weight when she was only 105. Is disgusting. Buts that's show business

@@maryammure5151 I was obssessed with "I Wanna Love You Forever" She wash pushed by Tommy Mottola the time so she was definitely a Mariah Carey in teen version i loved "Heart Of Innocence" but what Sony did to her first album promotion was a mess, that's why she vanished after that

@@MonarchButterfly. actually in her first album promotion she was doing amazing. She was everywhere. Tommy messed her up by the 2nd album. He told her to lose more weight and danc3 and sing like Britney spears. Cuz by 2001 Britney was the it girl for the pop stars. Britney was the one all over the news and media and papz chasing her and the whole belly showing and abs and her music and dancing. And Tommy was like be like her. If you look at her music video for irresistible she was dancing and singing like Britney. And she hated it. She even said in her book that era was her worst era in music career. Cuz they wanted her to be someone she didn't wanna be like. She wanted to be herself. But cuz of her resemblanc3 to Britney. They made her get a complete makeover. And they even dressed her up like Britney. So for me her first album sweet kisses she was promoting the hell out of the album and going to shows and stuff. By 2nd album they have completely changed Jessica. From her wardrobe to her music to her singing. They wanted her to be Britney 2.0. She hated every second of it.

This song reveals her incredible talent. I miss watching her.

I loved her voice in the beginning when she hit those high notes and didn't sound like she was hurting her vocal chords. As time went on it just sounded like she was screaming.

I wish she followed this gospel/r&b track. The nasally/baby voice her record label made her do to copy Britney really damaged her ability to sing and i think over time she forgot how to use proper singing technique. Her voice completely fills up the whole room here, so resonant and rich

I feel so sad because her label made her a Britney knock off, we love her voice, we didn't need her to dance just singing was enough. Don't get me wrong I'm a big Britney fan but she loved to dance aswell as singing i'd even say a little more dancing than singing. But labels always looking after money it's ironic though because her first album made so much more than the ones that came after. Anyway, labels messing up as always and dont pay attention to their talents.

She sounded so damn good here. I remember when she first came out she was getting cray comparisons to Mariah. Somewhere very shortly along the line her voice declined like crazy. She strained it a lot, didn’t use proper technique and this Jessica no longer exists unfortunately.
