True, but as one of my journalism professors said to us before, "if it bleeds, it leads". Online blogs and small time "journalists" will pick up these types of stories and people will be curious about it, whether they know the people involved or not, because these online articles have designed an attention grabber title. Moreover, there's also the possibility that she'll think what she's doing ia okay because no one's calling her out on it. I think, right now, what can be done is to have her (Gabbie) videos reported or we should at least block her channel so we won't see her videos. From what I've been seeing so far, what she's been doing is bullying and close to defamation of character. If we want to really dig a little deeper, it may be considered endangerment since Jessi is pregnant and, if I'm not mistaken, already has a history of miscarriage. The additional stress she's been put on isn't going to be good for her or the baby. That's just my thoughts, though. I don't live in the US so I don't know how things work in their country but from where I live, well, a defamation lawsuit would probably be waiting for her. ヽ(ヅ)ノ

@@heretoescape This is my pure speculation but she says her mother is bipolar, I think she may be avoiding a diagnosis because she doesn’t want to be compared to her mother if it turns out she is also bipolar or has a disorder that doesn’t sound ‘sympathetic’ enough for her or fits her victim narrative. For example, Gabbie only admitted to having C-PTSD, and PTSD fits her victim narrative. If she came out with a NPD diagnosis after all that she has done, it would be hard for her to play the victim after she has been calling everyone around her narcissists.

I know this is old news but I came back to it recently and this comment made me think that Gabbie probably said to donate money to survivors because she still doesn’t consider Jessi as one. I believe Alx James who said she reached out to Curtis to get on his side. Basically trying to get dirt on Jessi by befriending her literal rapist. What a sick individual. I couldn’t imagine going up to a rapist in general. Let alone your ex best friends rapist! It makes me sick to my stomach to think how awful Jessi must have felt during this time. The whole internet being dragged into your assault and then having ex friends treat you like that, I doubt I could have handled it. While Jessi has handled it with not only grace but patience. She seems like a genuinely nice person. Sad that Gabbie tried to bring her down in such a vile way.

I’m honestly shocked she still has fans. She screams about how everyone is the narcissist but she is the only one who is a narcissist, she really convinces herself that she is the victim when she is the abuser’

Technically she's not doing anything illegal, so no one can really stop her from posting. Similar things happening in the twitch community with a streamer named XQC- he keeps being toxic and starting drama, but he said "it's not against twitch guidelines or the law, so I'm going to keep doing what I love because no one can stop me". We can only hope that one day Gabbie stops "loving" the internet and looks for attention elsewhere.

I feel like, although they have both been extremely problematic in the past, Trisha deep down is not an evil person. Fucked up for sure, but not evil. Gabbie on the other hand is completely vile and needs to disappear from the internet.

Jessi is a survivor… the fact that Gabbi makes that statement about giving the money to a charity for survivors makes it seem like Gabbi doesn’t believe her still

Gabbi said herself she didn’t believe her. The reason she even got Rapist La’pore’s side is because she pulled an enemy of my enemy is my friend, she was angry with Jesse at this time and seekers someone who hated her too (Curtis). Gabbi also implies that it would not have been raped if they were in a relationship.

You guys should watch jessi’s video, she really goes in depth and shows all the receipts without exaggerating and lying like gabbi does. I feel so awful for Jessi because I’m a victim of SA too and even though I can’t speak for her trauma, when other people talk about mine and use it to make themselves feel better or defend my assaulter, I feel so frustrated. Gabbi literally has no boundaries and she just wants the attention, she actually needs to just be ignored because she CRAVES attention that people give her whether it’s negative or positive.

I'm so so sorry for you, I'm also a survivor and could never imagine having people use my trauma against me. You really need to find a good support system, it sounds like the people around you are the opposite of that. Sending you love, strength and peace.

Gabbie makes no sense. She claimed she didn’t want an apology. Then says in the phone call that she does with all of these different stipulations. Like girl. You inserted yourself into something that you shouldn’t have to begin with. Then even had the nerve to call the victim your abuser. Made yourself out to be the victim from someone else’s trauma. Yet still wanted an apology that you’ve also stated you didn’t want? Also didn’t want anyone to go into details about your own trauma then shortly after proceeded to go into details about someone else’s when it was not your place. I’m so mindboggled by this fuckery!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I swear I saw something where Gabbie claimed she was friends with a guy who was falsely accused of rape, so she heard Curtis out because it was a touchy subject with her now. If that's the case (and not just some BS she made up to try to avoid owning up to her behavior) then I think it's very likely she's projecting that situation onto every other, and has already made up her mind that anyone who claims they've been raped is just making it up to hurt somebody.

Gabbie never grew up! She was toxic on Vine and she poured that toxicity onto KZread. She needs to leave Jessi alone. Jessi has created her own life. She is a mother and wife and doesn't need the trauma of her past to be brought up. I think Gabbi just needs to be dropped from all platforms. She's dangerous, extremely dangerous. I want Jessi to just have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. God forbid something happens to Jessi during her pregnancy. This kind of stress is not good on anybody, especially a pregnant mother.

@@karehna6202 ignoring a person like GH is not the right way to deal with such a person. I have had experience with a person like that myself and ignoring really is the wrongest way out. Cause it won't help...it's only gonna trigger them more and at the end, people will get really really hurt....Jessica already took the way out of the situation and has been living her best life. Yet for NO REASON WHATSOEVER she's dragged back in. For what?! What's the end goal here? To eventually drive her to the point where she just gives up? And not in a good way? Gh needs help. She needs to be locked into mental health care. Into solitary even. Point is.....its not healthy for neither.

And if Gabbie won't drop it and leave Jessi alone, AND she brings up a trauma that is not hers, I would ignore her, at this point. People like Gabbie never ever change. Thanks for summing all this madness up. I didnt get most stuff when i watched their videos partly, and actually felt pity for gabbie, but she is the one that has brought it up again, and that just makes me sick to my stomach.

I don’t understand how she can ask for apologies for things she’s done as well and refuses to apologize for? (Or things that don’t even need to be apologized for.) Also, how can you say you don’t want your trauma publicized/talked about and in the same breath talk about someone else’s trauma? Like the hypocrisy with this girl is mind numbing.

Sigh... Gabbie is exactly the kind of person who shouldn’t have a platform. Even when she avoids all responsibility for her actions, she still has stans who make her feel like she’s in the right. The level of immaturity and manipulation she displayed in that horrific phone call were pretty disgusting.

the thing that makes me the most mad is like. okay. let’s pretend for a second that gabbie was telling the truth this whole time (she wasn’t, but let’s pretend). let’s say that jessi was super mean to her behind the scenes. let’s say that jessi WAS misrepresenting gabbie’s interactions with curtis (she wasn’t). EVEN IF SHE WAS, LITERALLY NONE OF WHAT GABBIE IS DOING WOULD BE OKAY. like. at no point would it be acceptable to demand the apology from jessi, at no point would it be acceptable to keep bringing this up. it would be 5000% understandable for jessi to be upset even if gabbie’s side of the story were all true. the only correct response would STILL be to just take the L and let it go, because IT WASNT HER FUCKING TRAUMA. you could give gabbie every possible benefit of the doubt that you possibly could, and her actions would STILL be flagrantly cruel and wrong. literally none of the things she claims about jessi even remotely justify what she’s doing right now, and that’s the most shocking thing to me. like, there’s no excuse. how the fuck would any of this be proportional to what she’s alleging was done to her!???

(I dunno if this is making any sense) Jessi explained everything… EVERYTHING! She addressed her whole timeline with Gabbie & what happened between them and what she did. The fact that Jessi spoke up about the claims Gabbie was gonna make in her future episodes, (the “physical assault” claims, etc), basically taking the narrative/power away from her & shutting her down is truly incredible. Her video was crystal clear. The fact she has to address this time and time again is heartbreaking 😢 I hope this madness stops

KZread has been so disappointing lately. They haven’t stepped in and taken action towards ANY of these toxic behavioral you tubers. Gabbie Hanna, Anna Campbell, James Charles… all of these people have legitimate victims of their different forms of abusive behavior who have come out with plenty of evidence to prove it. Yet KZread has done absolutely nothing about it!!! It’s so disappointing that a platform with so much reach is just sitting back and watching these people literally ruin lives and make so much money doing it. It’s disturbing to say the least

It’s sounds like Gabbie didn’t like that Jessi no longer wanted to be friends (she felt their relationship was toxic and peacefully ended things at first) so she talked to Curtis to spite her. That’s most likely all there is to it.

I mean there's no good reason for her to talk to Curtis except to start shit or get dirt. And she keeps changing her reason for doing it. She tells Jessi it's so she could defend her if he lied (which makes zero sense, and is incredibly manipulative), but then said in her video that she heard him out because he's a human being (which also makes zero sense, why would you want to insert yourself into that issue?). Like???? Which is it????

I knew gabbie from vine and just met Jessismiles from this “drama” and can already say that I fully side with Jessi because she’s poise and has a better understanding of how to communicate properly and handle situations! Gosh
