I still remember how korea literally BASHED jessi for the down mv and now they putting it everywhere pfft we don't deserve our queen but then again I'm really happy she got the recognition she deserved
Because she found the perfect environment for her (P nation) which allowed her to show her real self without being anxious all the time from stupid rules that companies burden their idols with and eventually make them lose their authenticity.
Because she's being REAL and honest to herself!
I already noticed her during Unpretty Rapstar. That time, Korea was not yet ready for idols who are so outspoken... well.. time changes and I love that they recognize this woman! I love Korea is now more welcoming this type of authenticity! :D
2020 was Jessi’s year. I’m such a big fan of other female soloists but if Jessi isn’t AT LEAST nominated for female soloist of the year, I’m gonna throw hands.
The lady who danced with her represents all women at some point, I swear. Why can't women enjoy that freedom at a certain age? Why do I have to be shy? Is it something embarrassing? And don't get me wrong, please, I know the panelists didn't say anything bad about it, I just wanted to point out this particular aspect. I'm glad we have these amazing ladies on TV shows where they can learn new experiences, lifestyles, or can even teach us how we need an open mind no matter our age.
It really was time for her to gain this popularity at this level !! So proud of her and hard work pays off !
I've been a fan of Jessi since she appeared on RM for the first time back in 2015. She seems so sincere and sweet. I'm happy that she's been getting more and more recognition cos she deserves them all! ❤
