Jesse & Will throw a lil housewarming and cocktail night at Jesse’s new place which he’s been renovating for the past 6 months. We flex our (nonexistent) culinary muscles with a Salmon blini pizza food hack and Johnnie Walker Highballs were sublime. .
The perfect Johnnie & Ginger Highball:
A tall highball glass FULL of ice - proper to the brim like.
35ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label
Fill the glass with your favourite ginger ale
Garnish with a slice of orange or ginger and some star anise
The ultimate Johnnie & Elderflower Highball:
Fill that glass with ice
35ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label
20ml of Elderflower cordial
Fill the glass with soda
Garnish with elderflower
