Oilers fan here. Super happy that he's getting this opportunity. I hope he finds a lot of success with the Pens! Wish it could've worked in Edmonton, but I'll always be cheering for this guy. I love the Bison King!

We gave him numerous opportunities to be successful but he s*** the bed with McDavid and leon

His English has improved a lot, which probably makes it easier for him to adjust in the team and understand what the coaches have to say

And I Think Pens have more like parents type players like sid, letang who knows how to handle players like jesse, Watch mc david or leon they dont even smile when they make goal so... hope pens is right team for jesse

The NHL has been spoiled in that most non-English speakers outside of Russia have had a good grasp of English. These reporters need to understand that better and make questions easier. You can't assume non-English speakers understand everything you say. Jesse did the right thing asking reporters to repeat questions.

@@BobsUruncle-dl7cs Watched his interviews while he was on the Oilers. He improved his English after the first year or two. He's at about the same language skill level as he was during his last year in Edm. He can be a solid 3RW in the right circumstances. Didn't mean wish him luck sarcastically. I do wish him well. No need to be so hostile.

after watching him stumble around and give the puck away, miss wide open nets, and be an overall hinderance to whatever line he played on with the Oilers, I have hours of research on the issue. I'm happy for him and the penguins..he's a nice guy. But jesus...@@JiihaaS
