He's the heir apparent to Philip Seymour Hoffman, a truly great actor who died way too young. One of those performers who you can never catch acting, it always seems so real and genuine.

Of all the famous actors I've seen Plemons is the one who least resembles any of his characters in real life, just seems like such a decent, genuinely nice guy. Which further goes to show what a good actor he is.

I think he’s reasonably similar to Lance. Sorry, I meant Landry.
What a complete and total sweetheart.

Seems really nice--just not that talented.
Of all the people in Friday Night Lights who would break out and become the biggest star, Landry wasn't in my top 5. But my god, what a talent. Jesse is incredible in everything.

Well, Michael B Jordan is the biggest star, but the fact that Landry ended up being top 2 is pretty crazy still

He surrounds himself with iconic actors.
The way he played dead-eyed Todd still freaks me out!
@maxibluft

So many dead-eyed characters, the last one in Civil War is even worse than Todd. But how he's nothing like that in person shows what an incredible actor he is 🤩
I always remember his wife Kirsten say she hadn't seen Jesse in Breaking Bad. Don't do it Kirsten! He is so good at being so bad 🙈

he is such an introvert, i love actors that are introverts
Jesse is top shelf. He's an amazing actor and easily the most underrated in Hollywood and has been for way too long. Truly an artist and is one of very very few in the business today.

I met Jesse Plemons a few years ago in tulsa when they were filming Killers of the Flower Moon. He was so gracious and when he took a picture with me he did the Keanu Reeves thing- he put his arm around me but didn't touch me at all, like his arm hovered. He's a good one.
He looks so much younger omg

I've always had such a crush on him. Wonderful actor and wonderful guy. I'm excited to see the film!
He has been amazing since Friday Night Lights. He reminds me of Seymour Philip Hoffman without the burdens
I think Jesse Plemons has been ×2 handsomer since he married Kirsten Dunst.

"How can that be profitable for Frito Lay?" is one of the best line deliveries I've ever seen in a comedy.
This dude's acting just provokes this feeling I can't explain. I can't help but pay attention when he's on screen. I think it's because he seems like a contained rage that's about to explode and it's terrifying. He doesn't have to do much to evoke that feeling.
Seth's people- could y'all please, please just put "part 1/part 2" in the interview title so we can do it right. Also I don't understand why KZread never suggests part 2 automatically.
HE'S A BEAUTIFUL MAN!! I LOVE JESSE AND SETH. AWESOME INTERVIEW!! 😊 💓 🤘 ✌️
I can't get over how Margaret Qualley looks exactly like her mother in that scene. I saw her in the Tarantino film but she didn't look so similar.
I just wanna follow Yorgos' little theatre troupe around everywhere now.
Jesse plemons career at an all time high love to see it
He looks great!! Really like his acting
I’m looking forward to this movie so much. Gotta love Qualley 😍🥰
❤❤❤❤❤ love this episode! Very interesting 🤔
Jesse Plemons is a masterful actor! And to answer what Kinds of Kindness is about: It's a dark comedy / psychological study about abuse and power dynamics in human relationships, obviously exaggerated ad infinitum as Lanthimos likes to do it in his movies. I have been abused and I have been abusive (am not anymore thanks to a lot of therapy and work on myself) and I very much enjoyed the movie.
Such a captivating upload.

I love that he was cast as the one decent white person in Killers of the Flower Moon since he's such a great bad guy in pretty much everything else he's done recently. made me realize that, try as I might to find one, there's really no good white guys in that story.

I love how connected you and Matt are with your horses and thier daily lives. You are true horsemen, riding, cleaning, and diving the tractor, though I am not sure how Matt would do diving the narrow lane!

its kinda sad: I see this man in his Breaking Bad Character and sort of hate him for it... but on the other hand this should only be a sign for his great great performance and acting ability. I hope I see enough of his work since then to get rid of it and can enjoy the absolutly great work.
I'm sure other jackals will submit this for Corrections, but the phrase exceptionally unique is exceptionally poor grammar. If it is, indeed, unique, then that's enough. I'll be watching next Friday, so...
Correction: there are too many people rocking the turtle neck and mustache these days.
I stopped watching because I felt some spoilers coming on.
“Some of them want to use you. Some of them want to get used by you. Some of them want to abuse you. Some of them want to be abused." THAT IS FUNNY? THAT IS KINDNESS? SORRY EMMA, BUT NO, NO, NO!!!!!!!!!!! "Sweet Dreams", 1983, Annie Lennox described it as "hopeless and nihilistic" and Dave Stewart, the other part of the duo said the line "hold your head up, moving on" was added to make it more uplifting. We assume no dog was actually harmed while Emma was using ice in a form of "premeditated abuse" as one reviewer put it.

Seth was particularly bad in this interview... How does he forget Yorgos Lanthimos' last name? And those hair questions....
