You know guys just as there are many roads to walking up a mountian there are also many roads when it comes to finding god or enlightenment. Therefore there is no one religion that is above all but that all religions have a fundemental value which is to help you and others find the inner peace that you and everyone else desires. Therefore show a little respect to other people's beliefs or religion as after all we are all searching for the same thing :)

Actually, the Sharia Law is not necessarily an accurate representation of Qur'anic values - scholars establishing those laws cannot speak for the entirety of Islam. Not all Muslims believe Sharia Law is the same thing as Islamic Law. Further, Islam taught that Muslims must respect and honor the religious beliefs of others and that they were valid - so it would be against the policy of Islam to force Sharia Law on a multi-religious country like Canada.
