Gates- always drill a hole in one hinge and put a cotter pin or R clip throu the hole, stops gates being lifted off by naughty cows, its better than getting cows escaping, mixing up believe me. Keep on gal, youre both doing welll adjusting to the dairy side of it.

Every gate needs a lynch pin or something else in the top hinge to prevent them being lifted off. I learned that the hard way, a long time ago. Great video again.

Try locking nuts on the gates. You could keep the cslves and raise them for beef

I've had my bottle 2 lambs out on grass since 3 days old and fed the bottle at 4 or 3 times a day then went to 2 and they r great lambs

those Jersey girls have a wee naughty streak - with the twins this years two questions 1. did those girls have a single or a twin last year 2. was the same AI bull used for the cows that are having twins
