I never realized the Jersey shore was so much of an amusement type atmosphere. what I mean is, I thought of it as a retirement type of communities.

There are a lot of retirement communities inland, but the beaches and boardwalks attract all ages and types. Its pretty diverse! Thanks for watching Richard!

Jeff - I heard the Sinatra house on the boardwalk was inherited by a family member who still plays Sinatra music on the outdoor speakers but just not 24/7 like back in the day. Have you seen the Flying Mueller Brothers at Jenks? The band is from my hometown in North Jersey and they had me on stage one time playing the bongos! 😄

Been a long time since I went to point pleasant. We used to go fishing a lot until we started hitting AC. We stayed at this little motel about 5 blocks away across the bridge and their was a good little breakfast/lunch place across the street where two sisters waitressed. I think we went to the shrimpbox to eat dinner. Nice to sit there, food was good/average.

Nothing really changes on the Pt side? But look at Manasqan Beach today, and you'll see no small bungalow on the walk.

Ahh. Joey Damataz. A high point in my college excursions. Whenever I went to the Jersey Shore, it always seemed very amusement park like. And that's not a negative at all.😁

It's really a summer family type of place. However, there is lots of clubs and lounges for adults open all year long and if you want to take a ride into town, there are a lot of places to eat, shop and explore! Thanks for watching and subscribing Sainjl!

Hello thank you for your videos. I live in NY city. I will go there with my child and stay at Tropicana hotel for two days. I made reservation by online. I saw mail that they give room at West Tower . Somebody told me West Tower is very old and no good. I should upgrade other Tower. Is that real? Because I can't walk very well and my daughter is 15 years old. Can you suggest please. Thanks 🙏. It really help me a lot. I will go there tomorrow.

I've never stayed at the West Tower, but it is older and I also have yet to hear anything great about it. I'm hoping to stay there in the coming months so I can check it out. I like the Havana Tower but if you have issues walking it's far from the casino and the boardwalk. My suggestion is if you can upgrade to the North Tower, you'll be in the center of everything and close to the pool as well!
