thanks for the heads up. even back in the day when buffet food was outstanding and only cost $15 - $20, I used to walk thru the place and see what they had to offer. if it looked like this place, we went somewhere else.

Vegas buffets in general are not what they used to be. I tried the Wynn buffet recent, which is double the price as this, and while significantly better this it wasn't worth the price tag either.

Im sure they try to funnel customers to their regular eating establishments. Also what you said profit margins.Buffets are so labor intensive. As bad as that looks I bet people eat iit up. You have a very refined palette Lol You took the hit to save your followers from that mess. Great job

Going to the Excalibur buffet was your first mistake. You should mave tried Main Street station buffet downtown. Vegas gamblers have a lot more money than New Jersey gamblers so the casinos can charge a lot more for buffets than New Jersey casinos. The casinos can also tighten the screws on machines in Vegas so it is harder to win because Western US gamblers are far richer than New Jersey gamblers so they are less bitter when they lose compared to New Jersey gamblers.
