I just stumbled onto this. I was there. It was one of those vague memories that seems unreal: "Didn't I see Jerry Seinfeld being introduced by Carl Reiner at a club? Didn't he talk about how the candy is kept like jewelry?" I was a college student in West LA with barely two nickels to rub together.

Fuckin' Genius - crafted clean comedy better than most. Even in his Closing he incorpates double entendres and setus like, "That's they get away; That's How I'm gonna Get Away." Drops Mic that are so concretely & fluidly delivered, much like Seinfeld's series

A lot of comedy specials from that time had skits like that, and it always sucks. Even Carlin had a bunch of stupid cartoons in his On Campus special.
