A truly amazing music director and one of the very best in South Indian Film industry. But, unfortunately, hugely underrated by critics and audience. He deserves many more accolades that he has received. I seriously hope Kerala and Indian govt. bestow greater honors on this great musician

സർ,നമസ്ക്കാരം...അങ്ങയുടെ സംഗീതം,ഗാനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയാണ് ആദ്യം കേട്ടത്. പിന്നീട് പിന്നീട് അങ്ങയുടെ സംസാരം കേൾക്കാൻ ഒരു പ്രത്യേക ആകർഷണമായി. അങ്ങയുടെ സംഗീതശാസ്ത്രത്തിലുള്ള അറിവ്, അത് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഭാഷ, ശൈലി, വീക്ഷണങ്ങൾ, കാഴ്ച്ചപ്പാടുകൾ എന്നിവ മനോഹരങ്ങളായി...ഒരു ഗാനം കേൾക്കുന്ന ആഹ്ലാദത്തോടെ അങ്ങയുടെ സംസാരവും കേൾക്കുന്നു..സംഗീതകാരൻമാർ ഏറെയുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ സംഗീതശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞനായ ഒരു സംഗീതകാരൻ എന്ന അപൂർവ്വ ഗണത്തിലാണ് അങ്ങയുടെ സ്ഥാനം. അങ്ങയെ ശ്രവിക്കുക ഏറെ സന്തോഷം...നന്ദി സർ...
