The Federal Reserve has limited tools that slowly help to nudge the economy in the right direction. They aren't gods with unlimited power. They are also only the Reserve of 1 country. There are currently 216 different Central Bank organizations in the world. And the majority of the world faced higher than average inflation due to shortages.

Even though I plan to stick with it, inflation is wasting my money and my portfolio is losing gains every day, so I need a cure right away. My main concern is how to raise the value of my cash reserve because it has been lying there for a very long time with little to no increases and inflation is currently about 3.4%.

I know what I want to do now that the market is in decline, but I'm not sure which stocks to buy, which investments would generate the best returns, etc. Due to the risk, the possible benefit is larger, and experts are better at drafting such precise contracts.

In fact, despite having no experience or prior knowledge when I began investing in 2018, by the end of 2019 I had made a profit of over $750k. I had merely been adhering to the advice that my financial counselor had given me. This demonstrates that all you really need is an expert to assist you; you don't even need to be a great investor or put in a lot of work.

Yes of course- Gas prices are down because they dumped out the US strategic oil reserves - too bad they can't do all the time - like drill more wells and build pipe lines? Even so the Dollar store is $1.25; coke is up from $1 for 2 liters to $1.75; my favorite resturaunt is up 50% so I cut back, same as others are cutting back on buying from me so sure fixing wasted spending and oil reductions on the backs of citizens ; electricity and natural gas; all up. Some companies have had to cut prices because of inflation/higher interest - like most car makers; that means lower or no profits. Oh but we can pay Ukraines pensions and spend there like there was some chance to win there. A giant waste of money.

Used and new cars are down, home rent and prices are at least leveling off if not falling in places like Austin Texas and all kinds of areas in the country, food price has leveled off, only thing really going up is insurance but that is always the last shoe to drop, it is always the last one so pretty normal. I was actually able to bring my home insurance down from 980 to 900 a year but I am in WA state so no natural disasters here so insurance is pretty low for the most part.
