You should have have used fresh ginger in the blend up ingredients, better flavour! Good job guys!!! Also, no water is needed when you blend if you use tinned/fresh tomatoes.

Best rice to use is basmati rice

You can cook it with either basmati or long grain. If you use Long grain that it’s Nigerian jellof and Basmati is the Ghanaian way. Basmati is more favourited to use though as it cooks easier and can go with any dish, long grain is a little tougher.
