Jeremy Mayfield Explains FBI Raid & 28 Felonies Charge | Dale Jr. Download Top 10 Moments of 2022

Спорт

The Dale Jr. Download Top 10 Moments of 2022 - No. 2. Dale Earnhardt Jr. and co-host Mike Davis dive into the how in 2011, Mayfield's personal shop and house were the subject of a warrant and a raid by law enforcement. Mayfield details what happened from his vantage point when the SWAT teams arrived with machine guns and broke down the doors of his home. The raid resulted in a string of felony charges for stolen items and a charge for possession of meth. Mayfield denies the meth that was found and tells his take on the baggie they discovered in his safe.

Are you a F'ing circus clown? NOT complying with law enforcement commands when you've been stopped or detained is precisely the reason (#) of young black men get shot and killed in this country every year. It's the most deadly and reckless example of disinformation one could post online. One thing to suggest remaining silent and refusing to answer questions w/o your lawyer present but to say "Don't Comply..." is stupidly fatal and irresponsible.

Just keep repeating I have the right to remain silent and I want a lawyer. Anything else that you do or say will be used against you, no matter how nicely they ask...

Double Jeopardy ? I know exactly how He feels I had something very similar happen to Me. My Paternal Grandfather too was jailed for Manslaughter . It took six months in prison before a judged ruled it self defense. My Grandfathers Rights were restored fully and He was able to possess arms and hunt. He actually was a informal Deer Hunting Guide for some cops and a Judge who He entertained at His home after hunts. He was a decorated Italian Soldier, veteran of the 1896 Battle of Adwa Abyssinia. He was in a candy store speaking Italian to fellow Immigrants when a man decided to give My 6’4” Grandfather at that time in His mid twenties , a bad time for speaking Italian . The man kept saying “ speak American” before trying to stab My grandfather in the chest . The point of the knife was stopped by Grandpa’s Railroad Pocket Watch. One blow from My Grandpa knocked the man to the ground where his head struck the concrete sidewalk killing Him.

This is how law enforcement works. They know someone's committing crimes. (Ex. Stealing boats and selling them on the low to get rid of them quickly). This keeps happening to multiple residents of a particular jurisdiction (county, city, etc). Because of how the incentives work in a court of law, the police try and will, arrest anyone involved. Well, what's the issue with this? Just for an example, they will try to arrest the storage building owner who has no idea what he did simply because the thieves used the storage unit to keep the boats when he is in almost all considerations, innocent. Then they will try to throw AS MANY CHARGES AS POSSIBLE to try to get one to stick in the trial. This is guilty by association taken to the MOST EXTREME and the authorities will use any motive they can to make them stick. This includes plea bargains, informing, anything they can try on you trying to use your fear of jail time to take the "deals". And this is just what is LEGAL for them to do. We all know drug planting and baiting are things cops do on the routine.
