Hello! Really appreciate your in-depth videos! Just wanted to point out some incorrect subs, like at 7:31 where it says "best" instead of "bench". For a PG, that's actually prototypical height. If you're taller, you're considered a big PG or a combo guard if you don't have PG skills. If Jeremy Lin had better hops and longer arms and bigger hands, he would have been a yellow Derrick Rose...

Saying he was treated like a nobody is being kind. Race and jealousy were front and center on this but it’s not the usual racism and for some reason it’s seems to be socially acceptable . Jeremy Lin was not Tim Tebow with a round ball. He was shoved out of the NBA in large part by a Knicks star who hated sharing the ball or the spotlight.

I'm glad someone said it. Racism from blacks doesn't get talked about much. Racism towards Indians and Asians doesn't get talked about either bc we need to stay on the black narrative.

Rocky Salvatore I’m not going to say your interpretation of my comment is accurate if that’s what you took from it, it certainly speaks to you in a way that’s personal and I hope that leads to positive change. I think I’ve covered my ass as completely as possible in as non threatening and in as inoffensive way as is expected in a world that is now defined only by how we are offended by as many things as possible.
@rockysalvatore435

@@bumpusjones.1978 to say racism was directed towards an Asian man by famous blacks on a widescale coverage and on social media is offensive??? Stating blatant racism happens to 2 minority groups and never gets talked about is offensive? Lin was a true minority. there wasn't anyone else in the league like him doing what he did. An Asian American succeeded in a black dominated field and broke through the gates and should be celebrated as someone who succeeded despite the odds being stacked against him. He even said himself teams looked over him bc he's ASIAN. I don't get what's offensive about these statements.

Rocky Salvatore Please don’t mistake my response towards you as in any way a slight at your opinion or your feelings because it was in no way intended as that. I obviously respect your opinion here and my sarcastic tone doesn’t always translate to people who don’t know me and the KZread comment is not the best way to express feelings or have a complete conversation on anything. While my response to you may have seemed flippant my initial point was my true feelings. Sorry hope this was more clear.
