    I am 32 and got married at 21. My husband and I now have 4 kids. This couple has yet to go though the challenges that test most marriages. It's hard to take advice from couples with limited life experience.

    I must agree, just like me taking advice from a 10 year marriage, but I've always been told this, take what you need dispense the rest, I am sure I could value advice from your marriage, vice versa, I'm not a fan of his wife I have never been, I see a bull headed red head, that I'm sure 99% of the time things go her way, I am a fan of the show so it seems Jared gives in to her a lot, just like leaving the show ???? I'd LOVE TO KNOW THE TRUTH. bc in all honesty I see some jealousy, he is a good looking young man and I'm sure he gets hit on as she does to I'm sure,!! We may never know what the real truth is.. 😉

    I think their biggest issue is how they market their book and their advice in general. They promote it as simply “for marriage.” I think it would have been better received as “advice for newlyweds” or “starting your marriage off on a good foundation.” So then it wouldn’t look like a newlywed couple who knows everything about marriage without actually going through it.

I have been arguing with my husband at times while watching LPBW and you 2 were on and just watching and listening to how your marriage is and all our troubles went away. I'm sorry your leaving the show, but happy you will still be in and out with Cameos. I'm going to miss you both. Good Luck in the future with whatever you purse. We watched you both grow so this will be hard. Please take care of the rest of your life and the Beautiful Baby Girl your love made. I hope we do see the baby at Grandma's. Yes, marriage IS work (I've been married 16 yrs!), but not right away like this. I'm worried they've got a rough road ahead of them. Also Jeremy, dude you can do better. If they have to sit down once every week to discuss what each other has done to piss the other one off at such an early part of there marriage then they are going to have big problems in the future.

    These people have been married how long and they're giving advice on marriage maybe after 15 years 20 there's but right now I think it's very funny PLUS if they were not on LPBW they would have never been able to write their book and get it published people would NOT know who they are. they owe the show a great deal of appreciation and thanks for giving them this platform,they're trying to start. Audrey is very judgmental of people, she has said. when she was pregnant, women who do not breastfeed and feed their babies formula are horrible and that women should have only natural childbirth, no pain medication Audrey will speak out against something before she has ever personally experienced it. That is why I believe they have not experienced many many challenges that will come their way during their marriage

    Brenda Hudson they have a better, healthier, happier marriage in 5.5 years than many couples have in a lifetime. Just because someone is young doesn’t mean they cannot or shouldn’t give advice to older people. I’m 25 and unmarried and I counsel couples who’ve been married 10 years who won’t communicate half as well as my partner and I do. Age means absolutely nothing.

  • @bwebz

    And I will also say that if their marriage is this healthy now, 15 or 20 years won’t make a big difference because they can make the conscious choice despite life’s turmoil to maintain these habits & behaviours years down the road. Every single day is a choice. The years and “regular life stresses” don’t need to damage what they’ve created.

I guarantee one of them will meet someone one day and SPARKS WILL FLY and they will finally understand the real meaning of love and passion and not having to set an alarm to say I love you or set a day to make love. Is this what millennials are about, just dry boring rule making zombies 🧟‍♀️ I actually feel a little sorry for them. Alana Peters I have seen most their interviews, podcast and social media. But stopped following them because this is all to build a brand not a marriage. Watch their stories and listen to their lives they never even touch each other unless it is for a staged photo which their IG is full or staged photos. They say themselves sparks didn’t fly between them. That is sad my friend. I have lived a long time and one thing I know for sure it does not matter how much counseling they get, how well their communication is, how many books they read or write, you cannot build a wonderful marriage without that spark or passion. These two believe if you can fall in love then you can fall out of love, this is simply not true. People who say they fell out of love were never in love. Can you fall out of love with you child, I don’t think so.

  • @alanapeters8429

    @alanapeters8429

    HiAnn i I think that’s a very one minded ideal of love. I think anything is possible with love. It’s too complex just to assume love is love. I think there are for sure circumstances where you can fall out of love. Love is different for everyone, and everyone has a different idea of love. You have to remember they are also a very conservative couple, being christians, which is why they arent all touchy feely in front of the cameras. There love is obvs very personal, being that they keep it to themselves. Just cause they don’t flaunt it like most younger couples doesn’t mean they’re aren’t anymore in love than you and me have ever been

There’s many older immature people I KNOW! older people who can’t hold their marriage together but stay together because they feel it’s too late anyway. Go ahead and take advice from a couple who’s been married longer only to see them divorced shortly after. I’ll take advice from people who have their head on straight not from people who’ve have years under their belt. You can have all the experience you want and still be a horrible person that being the reason your relationships didn’t work out.
