요즘은 4K 32인치 이상 모니터를 많이 쓰고
노트북이나 휴대폰으로 데스크탑의 수요가 줄어들면서
필수요소였던 작은 사이즈(19인치~22인치까지)의 모니터들이
갈데없는 천덕꾸러기가 되어버렸습니다.
이런 모니터들은 이제 제품으로 사용되기는 어렵습니다.
예전같으면 우리나라에서 안쓰는 구형컴퓨터와 모니터들이
동남아등 후진국으로 수출되었으나
현재는 물류비가 더 비싸고,
작은 모니터에 대한 필요성 자체가 없어지면서
수출되는 양이 많이 줄어 들었습니다.
결국, 이런 구형 작은 사이즈의 모니터들은
금속으로 재활용되는 길로 가게되는데요.
플라스틱과 PCB 아크릴판 필름, 고철등으로 분해되는
모니터 해체 수순을 밟게 됩니다.
뭐.. 가격이 문제이긴 하지만 제대로 처리가 되기는 합니다.
