I miss snsd so much :'( but this vid makes me happy because it reminds me of snsd ✨

i dont think some people has understood just how difficult it is to sing and dance to this song. Yes, it's not their most difficult song vocally but..... Solar and Wheein's part in particular needs to be soft and almost whispery. that's especially difficult when you're dancing because you use more air than when you're talking. also if you havent noticed yourself, you tend to speak louder when you're out of breath because it's harder to control your vocal chords so yeah, not only are they stable af. they were actually able to maintain how the singing dynamics of the song which is (vocally) the hardest part of it.

AND the “Hip, hey” part that sounds like an edit is actually Solar going from a speaking voice straight to a sung high note. That’s impressive I think all bc it’s SOUNDS LIKE AN EDIT. 😳 Just so cool.

Just to add, Wheein and Solar are constantly changing the way they sing from soft whispery to a more solid sound I'm sooooo amazed. Especially Solar's last line in the chorus. From that sweet sounding backup vocals on "head shoulders hip" to strong main vocals on "hip by hip"in split seconds towards the end. When you listen to it, it sounds like 2 different people. A lot of people noticed that the way Solar sings here is different from their other songs and i quote "I haven't heard her sing this way before" Mamamoo, after how many years in the biz still never fails to amaze us. And for that, I STAN.

@@nekograce7914 Right! I also notice Wheein singing the most "hip" part in the middle chorus which sounds exactly like the studio. People don't give her enough credit for it because everybody thinks they're listening to a backup recording. Had to see their radio guesting performance to actually convince my self that yup. IT IS LIVE. I'm kinda thrilled and sad about it at the same time.

Finally, a performance where the live vocals are louder than the playback! I don't know why the sound people always choose to drown out K-pop singers' voices, but it's really unnecessary, especially in Mamamoo's case. Their live vocals are stellar.

Sketchbook is always live, there is a reason so many groups don't perform there. It is for great artists and idols, but iirc it is always live. So only confident vocalists will do sketchbook

Wheein's live vocals are on another level.

They say rappers can't rap with a hard choreography, look at moonbyul how she can control her breath, facial on point, dance on point. That's the real meaning of an idol and an artist + usually they put rap lines in the first, so when rappers sing live they can nailed it(before they get tired), you can see that moonbyul parts are in different places almost after hard movements Just saying cz y'all have to talk about her talent and her charisma I know that my English is bad

마마무 이번 활동은 춤이 중심이 되는 부분이 많아 방해되는 핸디 마이크 안 썼어요 라이브인지 아닌지 당사자만 알겠지만 들어보면 미묘하게 목소리가 다른 부분이 있는것 같은데요? 그리고 남기자님이 말씀하신 말은 이유로썬 맞지 않네요 저렇게 붙히는 마이크를 쓰는 가수들은 다 라이브가 아닌건 아니잖아요. 방송에서 붙히는 마이크 쓰는 아이돌이 대다수인데 전부 다 라이브가 아니진 않죠... 그리고 핸디써도 까는 경우있습니다(제가 방송에서 붙히는 마이크라고 해야하는데 핸디라고 말했네요)

I really can't understand people who said HIP choreo isn't hard. They need to sing live and dance at the same time, and used headmic instead of handmic likes usually they do in previous comeback. If HIP easy,why they need headmic to perform? And this choreography made by Lia Kim the CEO of 1Million Studio,one of the best choreographer in SK. Mamamoo even cry when practice this. They said their body hurt and tired all the time. That shows HIP choreo isn't easy as you guys think. "KAAC-TU" on your face if you said it's easy. If you can sing and dance like them, literally you can debut as an idol.

I don't think it's a good thing? I thought fans skip screaming and fanchants on sit-down more serious broadcast talk shows like these, especially since a large portion of the audience aren't Mamamoo fans. Maybe I'm overthinking it but hopefully this won't happen again.

It is not good they did it, we don't know how it happened that fans got away with it. Generally they are very respectful. Maybe there where young fans that didn't know how to behave these never happened before xD

화사의 이력 연습생때 팬티를 주제로한 랩을 함. 휘인 생일날 v라이브에서 휘인에게 팬티를 선물로 주며 카메라 앞에서 선물을 보여줄려고 함. 공항에서 팬티(정확히는 팬티모양 패션템)가 노출되는 패션을 소화함. 팬티라는 가사가 들어가는 타이틀곡 참여. 싱어송팬티 ㅇㅈ합니다.

마마무 말로는 2달 전부터 될 때까지 연습한다는데.. 이제 7년차에 가까운데도 좋은 무대 보여주려고 노력하는 태도가 너무 좋아요. 저러고 또 라이브로 맨날 무대서고 행사 돌겠죠. 그럼 점점 더 잘 하고...네 명이서 합도 더 잘 맞고. 잘 하는데 더 잘하게 되는 거 같아요.
