I've been vegan for 7 years, and before that i used to watch a vegan KZreadr for about 5 years I've never been healthier. My hormones got more balanced and im not so sick anymore. It definitely depends on what you eat. If you just eat shit like oreos and processed fake meat then you're definitely gonna get sick and be bedridden. I was bedridden BEFORE i was vegan because of all my illnesses. I havent been bedridden since i changed my diet. Find something better to do with your life then gossiping about someone for money. Everyones body is different. Everyone is going to need different things. What works for some isnt going to work for everyone.

It's unreal how many people these days go around saying how they are "Nice" or "Sweet". We all know actual people who say these things about themselves, are actually admitting in a covert way that they are the "opposite" of what they speak. Even Andrew Tate says constantly how much of a "nice guy" he is LOL. No "Lover" actually goes around calling themselves a "Lover". Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, Agnetha Fältskog of ABBA also made the mistake of calling herself "romantic" which actually proved she wasn't. I also love this girl's logic in how she admits her "vomit" meal doesn't sound appetizing, but yet at the same time cannot believe that people still eat "meat" and she is shocked when she sees it. That rice dish she made looks like a steaming pile of PURE VOMIT, I would never touch that!!! And of course she puts kale on it! Our gag reflexes were activated while looking at it, while her salivary glands were activated from it. SCARY!

My sister in law is vegan.. while she was pregnant with twins she was craving meat and ate it and now is “vegan” (but ate hot dogs? So.. sometimes?) but her reasoning is that she just can’t digest the meat. When she was pregnant the babies were digesting it but without them she can’t. It doesn’t even make any sense.. babies in the womb get nutrition from your blood not from food and they don’t digest it.. you digest it. I gradually moved to vegetarianism over a year or so - thankfully as I occasionally had fish, cheese and eggs. I was a vegetarian for over 30 years. It is possible to be vegan all your life and look healthy. The body runs on sugar. If it does not get carbs it runs on fat which is converted into type of sugar. If a vegan eats mostly white flour and olive and fruits, they can survive and look healthy. If they start eating vegetables mostly they will surely die prematurely. Some Indians are vegans all their life, their diet consists of rice, roti and potatoes (this probably does nothing but fills the stomach). The raw vegans are ones dying, and prematurely aging. Because if you eat raw you cannot cook your foods . Wheat is a carb that has to be heated to be enjoyed. So they aren’t eating that. Also salt isn’t bad, and when someone is sodium imbalance from drinking too much water or having diarrhea they lose sodium, eating meat will not supplement the salt lost. You goatis regulate your salt because you drink blood from what you have said. Blood, is 50% plasma which is mostly salt water. People need salt in their diet to help with stomach acid, bile and killing bacteria in the gut and regulating yeast in the gut.

When I saw the documentary “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead”, I wondered how and why Joe Cross looked and felt so good after 60 days on green juice (technically a raw vegan diet). I only learned from Goatis that he was living off of the most premiere and pristine food source, his own body fat and muscle. Now his body has rebelled and he is obese again even though he has done many “reboots” and even a long water cleanse. I predict the same phenomena will occur with the drug Ozempic.

@@GoatisReviews I have a vegan friend, I know her for years. She is really thick. Health looking too. It depends what they eat. I am not saying vegetables have any nutritional value but wheat does and nuts and fruits. Whatever the situation she is fine, she is more on the “thicker” side, less muscle. But it’s not impossible to maintain weight eating sugar. When you get too much sugar it starts to store it as fat. If you stop eating sugar then your body starts using the sugar that was made fat in to fuel. Isn’t that like eating animal fat. Wheat and beans have protein and zinc and it is possible for your body to use what it gets. It’s better than starving . But they won’t die unless all they consume is fiber no sugar . Some people’s bodies have different metabolism rate too, certain foods are better for them than other. I all I know is that vegetables specifically which are man made should be avoided. And those Indian people are not by definition vegan, they are religious. They worship a golden calf.
