I have always been attracted to trees. The texture of bark draws me in. The configurations of wind blown trees of coastal areas are my favorite. Your work in trees is somewhat mystical. I have just started painting again late in life with no formal training but when I paint I am totally involved. You are an inspiration to me. Thank you so much for this film.

I love her trees. I'm a late developer and one of my practice pieces was of Aspen tree trunks, I like the white and grey gnarly bark and feathery twigs and branches, and it came out quite well, I'm inspired. Thank you.

I have admired your work for a long time now and I am desperate to get back to painting. I am blocked by not knowing where I am going with art. Two years of being occupied with nursing and now grieving have left me in a stalemate situation. I only recently got a new puppy and he is a live wire, but your voice has a calming effect on him whilst I watch you work. You are inspiring me to get started again and I thank you for that.
