Dawn French was so pretty all her life but now at 60 years old she looks totally amazing! I hope in 5 years I even look half that good!

I know I am Canadian and I would fall out laughing at their skits. The Prison Visit was hilarious as well as The ABBA Group. Them and Little Britian are true legends. They could give the folks on Saturday Night Live in The US a run for their money.

I had a bestie like this, a partner in crime who was brilliant and funny and all that. I lost her to mental illness and there’s nothing I can do about it other than pray for her. However, whenever I see these two I’m reminded so much of my old friend, the laughs and how we were. These two are so brilliant, and it was nice to see Jennifer mention about friendships and how rewarding they can be

I honestly can't think of anyone more deserving of this award than Jen! Both her and Dawn are amazing!

So sweet that she dedicated the award to Victoria Wood - another amazingly funny woman.

My actual comedy parents. They helped me get through so many things as I was growing up and I appreciate them SO much.

I live in Canada and some of their performances had me on the floor laughing. I loved the parody of Abba or a Boy Band or the Prison Visit. How some of their backing performers kept a straight face is beyond me.

Yeah, they were probably growing up themselves to at the time of them being in their early 30s. Lol but yes, they are and were so funny.

I freaking, FREAKING LOVE Dawn and Jennifer. One thing people forget is that Dawn was one of the main writers and producers on AbFab. Her collaboration with Saunders was made in the heavens, or someplace akin to that. A place for outspoken, incredibly funny, intelligent, irreverent women. These two belong in every film hall of fame out there, like Lucille Ball they re-wrote the book on how women can present themselves; humor, and wit. HUGE RESPECT!!

She didn't write anything. She came up with the original concept with Jennifer, and was an executive producer of the series "Saunders and French Productions" :)

Dawn French looks absolutely stunning!! And to top it off, she looks better now than in her 20's !!!!!!!! Dawn and Jennifer have achieved so much over the years, kudos to them both.

Jen is one of the most talented hard working women as well as a good friend she shares the wealth I truly admire her for all of these attributes.

I will watch her in anything!! But I will always miss the Vicar! I adore Dawn French. Thank God, Thank Britain, that sceptered isle,. "This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this England!"

I grew up in America and my mom was a brit com fan so I grew up watching French and Saunders and Ab Fab

French and Saunders are goddesses. Period.

I love how Jen makes a joke about the phallically shaped award being "not sexual" but Dawn doesn't know and thinks she was saying that THEIR relationship was "not sexual", taking the joke and running with it. That's comedy magic in action right there.

I wish we had a show like French and saunders in the states when I was growing up, maybe it would had made a huge difference in comedy and women writers in general.

Amazing lady. Inspiration to nen and women, to everyone. Such a legacy or work and incredible memories we all have our own special connection to. That rakes not only talent but something far beyond.

Two fabulous women!

I LOVE French and Saunders. (and Joanna Lumley) -- have the complete set of Ab Fab DVDs - and I watch "Let Them Eat Cake" whenever I'm in need of cheering up.

There will never be another Dawn French--brilliant comedic actress who also happens to be a stunning beauty at whatever weight; still, her loss of weight will help enormously to keep her with us for a very long time.--with the proviso that she eats plenty fruits and vegetables. Sheeesh, I love that woman!

These two are just such heroes. Funny, like properly unashamedly themselves funny, able to call out any kind of bullshit with wit and intelligence rather than clumsily wielding the axe of "feminism", and MOST IMPORTANTLY they give me hope of being fucking gorgeous past 40.

I am the biggest French & Saunders fan in the universe.

Love both Dawn and Jen. Big laughs from these two always!!! Congrats to the ladies who squash the stereotype that women don't get along .... friends for decades!!! .... PEACE to ALL.
