Soooo trueee about the sugar addiction, I just literally kicked it. Been off sugar and carbs 10 days exactly and already lost 6lbs. I feel wonderful!! The sugar caused so much inflammation in my body it threw my thyroid out of wack, sugar is the devil yawl, stay away if you can help it!

J lo is really fantastic. I really love her. Sometimes Ellen touches some uneasy topics but j lo just bounces back so positive and full of joy. That’s definitely something to look up to

I love that she works hard at it. I appreciate how vocal she is, so is Tracie Ellis Ross & Angela Bassett when they say they are disciplined they mean it. 💪🏽

I'm on a low carb diet and her story really inspires me! It's difficult at first but if you want a healthy body you'll find the strength to do it.
