I am old. I will be 51 next month and have been battling metastatic breast cancer almost 8 years. I say all this because even with my age, illness and having Scandinavian ancestry which generally ages poorly, I don't have forehead wrinkles (no botox) and only the beginnings of a single crow's feet. Wear sunscreen as though your life depends on it, use Retin-a and keep your skin moisturized. I like to use various oils. Whatever you're left with, just take it and be grateful.

That's James. Those two are obsessed with revealing filters; it became boring long ago. I still like the twin's comedy channel but unfollowed all the rest- they've become so ridiculously arrogant; especially Robert.

It's not so much using a filter it's just that Jlo has said previously that she doesn't use filters, she was promoting her skincare one time and lied saying she wasn't using one and that the results were down to her skincare

As everyone's pointing out: we all pretty much know/ assume that everyone- at least most all celebrities, models, Instagram influencers, etc. use filters. The real problem is, you can't really "unsee" a filter. You can't just plug- in fine lines, wrinkles, discoloration, sun spots, redness, dark circles, under-eye bags, etc into your mental visualization of a person, and certainly not to the extent they exist. There is no undoing the editing, mentally. You then compound this fact with the reality that filters and photoshop is accessible to pretty much everyone these days, and suddenly your automatic default perception of what's "normal" becomes twisted. The fear is that the expectations you have for yourself and potentially for other people become unrealistic and disproportionate. I don't think the explosion in popularity for non-surgical and surgical procedures is just coincidental to all of this.

You folks want better aging , move to the eastern states. Midwest and west folks age harshly. I believe it's the dry air and harsh sun. I live in philly.very humid here . I'm turning 49 next two months and I do not use filters. Never. And I have no wrinkles. Not my genetics believe me.

Filters, Botox, Plastic Surgery or not, she still looks wonderful & takes great care of herself, inside & out. Period.

It's so weird I mean how much of this is actually real? There must be people that see them out in public for all the places they seem to be going. I would rather look worse in pictures and better in person!!
