I’m at the age that I can actually say I lost count how many times I saw Sir Tom Jones perform live. He came to Florida quite often. My mother was a huge fan. It was cheaper to see him perform, then to hire a babysitter for two kids. So needless to say, my mother would take my sister and I to his concerts.

I’m a native New Yorker from Spanish Harlem and believe me when I tell u back in those days all the aunties in the neighborhood were into Sir Tom Jones. With all that sexiness and swag about him.,not to mention that beautiful soulful voice! Oh he was very much out there. Alfonso is too young to know that.

Im calling this now but i have a feeling Tom Jones will be coming to the show in S2 and it might be the Valentine's Day show probably.

Tom Jones was big in our Neighborhood when we were kids because our older sisters were in love with Tom Jones. My younger sister and I used to sneak and spy on our older sisters and their girlfriends and stay up to watch him on late night television but were busted when I started uncontrollably laughing and wheezing at the same time. In response to whether or not Tom Jones is black; my husband's boss, who is black, worked at the fanciest hotel in our town in the 1980s. Tom Jones came to town & stayed at that hotel. He asked my husband's boss if our town had a good black club & he told him yes. Mr. Jones asked him to take him to it. He said when they walked in the club, Mr. Jones walked off & left him, & he never saw him again. I think he is, but regardless of his race, he's hot.😄

What's that you are saying about Toms Welsh roots?

My grandmom turned me on to him back in the 60s when I was a tot (somewhere between 4 and 6 yrs old). Now that I am getting ready to turn 60 next month I am still in love with him! I am constantly looking for him on YT to hear him sing be it his channel or the voice. BUT when I hear you two sing or "SANG' all I could do is smile from ear to ear! I do not blame you for having a crush on him, that MAN still got it going on!
