Actually Jennie was afraid to eat salty and spicy food before in time too and also revealed once that her face does get puffy due to it and she is a bit envious of Jisoo on this cuz her face doesn't swell up when she eats spicy food ....but i guess she has overcame that and is now enjoying life to her fullest 😊, happy for her🎉(i assume the dip of face in ice water was to reduce any possible inflation caused due to the spicy food otherwise, you don't really need to do that)😊

Guys, u need to understand that this lifehack doesn’t suit for everyone. Fans, who in eurpean and have really thick skin shouldn’t do the same with face because the blood vessels narrow and in predisposed individuals cupirosis may appear (vascular network at the wings of the nose and cheeks), rosacea may worsen, or cold urticaria may occur. The softer and lighter the skin and the more superficially located the blood vessels, the higher the likelihood of all of these problems. If it works on her, it doesn’t mean that it works on everyone, just remember that❣️

Nah I’m kinda the same. If I have an event coming up I don’t eat salty food for a week. /limit the salt intake to a minimum. My face genuinely is noticeably puffier when I eat salt (more than the average person puffiness) which is weird so I just don’t before an event 😭

Only koreans worry about bloated faces. You could still be radiant if you use your facial care daily. Can't say anything about the bloating but it's not as bad as most people think. Have anyone ever wondered why Bai Lu still looks the same without make up? It's because she doesn't exaggerate her looks. Once you start exaggerating, you will without a doubt need to continue it.
