To commemorate Head and Neck Cancer Awareness Month we'd like to share the story of one of our community member's, Jen Mackay.
Jen had never heard of Tongue Cancer when she was diagnosed with Stage 3 in 2022 after an ulcer appeared on her tongue. Jen saw at least four medical professionals before being referred to a HNC specialist.
