Believe he is the step grandson of Waylon. Because I remember Shooter giving him his blessing to change his stage to Jennings. Can't remember where I heard that but I think it may have been an interview.

Love Jelly and Struggle. Struggle is Waylon Jennings Grandson. Waylon is an old school country music legend. Jelly is from Nashville and this guy has grown musically let me tell you. He recently performed at the Grand ole Opryland and while on stage discovers he had gone gold with his song Save Me. You should check it out. He is one hell of a lyricist. His songs always tell a story and everything he writes comes from the heart and is so real and relatable.
