I was there 5 years ago, and I found J'Bay to be really beautiful. Beautiful long beaches, great surfing, fishing charters, golfing, and fun nightlife. Great place in which to invest in property and start a business as tourism is never going to decrease in Jeffrey's Baai. Typical problems associated with the black Africans. The solution is education; not free government housing or government funded temporary make-work projects. Education and job skills training programs is the solution. Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man how to fish and he eats for a lifetime. Who should pay for the education? The government, of course. A hand up, not a hand out. KT
J'Bay was amazing town
