Sometimes it’s the best - you’re just able to work and focus on getting the work done. No distractions or extracurriculars. It’s a healthy balance to have in the workplace - some will be just coworkers and some will be friends too! Long as it’s respectful and the works getting done.

He wasn’t the best but he was solidly consistent and reliable. unfortunately he will be a footnote.
